A Bit About Me

My name is Yevgeniy Kovalev, Im' Active Duty US Army Staff Sergeant (11B30), Squad Leader and Firearms instructor. I'm still in Service and my profession to take a basic level soldier and turn him in to a lethal, fast, accurate and deadly infantryman, so he can deploy, engage, and destroy the enemies of United States in the close combat and come back home with Victory. Simply saying: I train guys who kill people for living. I train professional gunfighters.

My story is quite unique. I was born in small town in Ukraine when it was a part of USSR. I'm coming from the family of deep military traditions and history of service from my grandfather who fought in Great Patriotic War against Nazi Germany, to both of my uncles that were high ranking military officers in Soviet Army during Cold War era. My interest in to firearms and training comes started in the childhood as well as interest in Military History.

I served specialized unites of Ukrainian Army, both - mandatory and then contract Service with deployment to Iraq, and then, I moved to United States, home of the Second Amendment and "shooting stuff" and joined US Army as 11B, Infantryman. While in US Army I served in variety of conventional and unconventional units and active and National Guard units such as 82nd Airborne, 19, and 20th Special Forces groups in support capacity, and traveled across the country and deployed to Afghanistan twice. I graduated FLETC and later became a Federal Police Officer with Department of Homeland Security.  

I provide exceptional level of the realistic combat effective firearms training and expertise for basic basic and advanced applications, as well as use of force and legal training.

While utilizing my experience, knowledge and skills that I have acquired during my service in the Federal Law Enforcement and elite units of Ukraine and U.S. Army, and my education I Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, degree in Criminal Justice, I will make you exceptional shooter, fast, accurate and deadly so you would be an indispensable member of the any tactical team, or use those skills to protect the American Constitution, Yourself, Your Family or Your Country.

Outside of work I'm avid adventurer and explorer, photographer, skydiver and bow hunter.
